Firstly, from the Fire strategy drawings we can guide you on your requirements then offer you a quality assurance inspection.  We often guide our clients on best practice M & E and boarding requirements to ensure tested, certified solutions can be achieved, prior to these services being installed.  Reducing site costs and budget overrun.

Our software (Bolster & Onetrace) and one trace enables us to electronically record all barrier penetrations and fire stopping within the building.  Giving you a permanent documented record of the locations and works carried out.

Destruction tests can also be performed to check the quality and standards of our work, to ensure it has been carried out to manufacturers tested details.

Finally, we offer full O&M reports for full compliance and fire safety regulations.   We are fully accredited and proud of our GOLD status with the Constructionline, CHAS and a member of the FIRAS Third Party Accreditation scheme.
