Fortifire Solutions Ltd worked alongside the Leeds and York Partnership NHS Foundation Trust at St Mary’s Hospital to provide Firestopping Independent Surveys on 10 properties.
From your Fire strategy drawings, we can guide you on your requirements and then when onsite, we offer a quality assurance inspection to confirm compliance of the installation.
Our software (Bolster & Onetrace) enables us to electronically record all fire stopping within the building. Giving you a permanent documented record of the locations and works carried out, including photo’s, materials used, fire rating and installer identification.
Destruction tests can also be performed to check the quality and standards of works, to ensure it has been carried out to manufacturers specification.
Finally, we offer full O&M reports for full compliance and fire safety regulations. We are fully accredited and proud of our GOLD status with the Constructionline, CHAS and a member of the FIRAS Third Party Accreditation scheme.
Our scope of works was to provide:
- Provide an independent survey for 10 NHS properties.
- Provide a professional report giving a summary of what measures are needed to reduce risk, to protect the building and ensure compliance.
- Report on passive Fire Regulations.
- Digitally recorded on to our software.
