Fortifire Solutions Ltd were delighted to support the Buckingham group on the project in Doncaster for the full package on the fire protection for the Iport facilities for multiple use.
Buckingham Group Contracting – Iport Rossington Development – Full Intumescent and Firestopping Packages (Value circa £750K).
An example of one of the facilities was Unit iP10 which was 259,286 sq ft of high-quality distribution space in a steel portal framed warehouse unit with single-storey offices, HGV and car parking and a secure 53-metre-deep yard.

Our scope of works was to provide:
- To supply & apply Intumescent paint to structural steel.
- To supply & apply topcoat to extend the lifespan of the Intumescent coating.
- Ablative coated batt & mastic to service penetrations within the office spaces.
- Rockwool slab edge products.
- Install fire acoustic Intumescent sealant.
- Full O&M manuals and Fire Certification.
